SECTION 3 : HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION AND CAUTIONS : Feldspar is of low acute toxicity . Long-term exposure to any respiritible mineral dust could cause slight effects on the respiratory system .

Specific hazards : Respiratory effect : possible slight irritation from dust . May aggravate pre-existing difficult respiratory conditions. Wet material is very slippery.
SECTION 4 : FIRST AID MEASURES : Eye Contact : Flush with copious amount of fresh water . Eyelids may beome sticky . Avoid rubbing eyes . If irritation develops, seek medical attention . Skin Contact : Wash with soap and water , and may cause dry skin . Repeated contact may also cause slight irritation . If irritation devrlops ,seek medical attention. Inhalation : Move to dust free fresh air . If respiratory distress develops , seek medical attention . Ingestion : No adverse effect expected . Rinse mouth out with water. Seek medical attention if significant quantities have been ingested.
